Ferran Park in Eustis has a lovely lakeside gazebo — a great location for outdoor ceremonies. Playing Harp for Ashley & Jessy’s 3/15/13 ceremony was my first time there. I was impressed with the area — large lawn space to accommodate guest seating, well maintained grounds, beautiful gazebo, lots of convenient parking, and a wonderful lake view. Ashley chose traditional/classical music for processionals with Disney requests for Prelude.
One of my favorite outdoor venues for Orlando weddings is the Cypress Grove Estate House. There is another location close by that works well for intimate weddings: the Cottage, which also offers a lovely lake view with tall Cypress trees providing shade for the outdoor seating. For Heidi & Mike’s 4/6/13 wedding, family friend Judge Belvin Perry was the Officiant. Everything was wonderful: from the perfect weather to Mike’s entrance to “The Godfather” and Heidi’s beaming smile as she walked down the aisle.
